it may be january, but urban bounty farms is busy getting ready for the season. today i applied to register the name "urban bounty farms" with the province. i also started a bunch of seeds. it's a little early, but it's always good to try to get a head start on the season.
i'm also looking for new space to farm this year. it must be in east vancouver (anywhere north of king edward/25th) or north burnaby (west of holdom). landowners who provide space for me to farm get a free half subscription to the csa. see the about urban bounty page for more information on what my farms look like, or check out the subscription page for my details on both the paid and the free subscription.
